Usually calling any call center can turn into a rather tedious pain, but from the word go my call with Funeka was great, So friendly and so helpful and after 5 years, in one phone call i was helped with numerous things i didn't even know were option's to me.
Thank you for your help and making this day even better and i wish every time i had to call any call center for any reason you would answer my call!
