I am so at the lack of service that I have received from Bridge Loans also known as SAMulti loan. It really does not make sense that one makes an urgent loan only to eb advised that they will receive the pay out in 3 weeks. Where is the urgency? Why woudl one take out a loan only to receive it on pay day? I really do not understand teh concept of this trade. On top of t all the staff members have no way of responding to clients when clients call in. I have sent numerous emails to teh customer care centre and received no response. Really now is this how you guys operate? If this is going to be your general practice then I think that you shoudl make it more known and visble to people so that they can lessen their expectations.
