I called today applied for a loan and it was declined. I have my credit reports and I don't have judgements or defaults what so ever. My loan was declined within in seconds. I was really irate about this so I wanted to cancel my policy and move on where I am a valuable customer and not a number. I called the call center spoke to Elizabeth Mashaba who was the supervisor on duty I told her that my loan was declined and I want my policy cancelled she could not even help. She got her manager to call me but her manager is so unhelpful as Elizabeth Mashaba passing the back and kept on telling she can't assit, all I want for this policy to be cancelled like how the loan was declined in seconds. And I will move to Sanlam. I am not sending any letters to cancel this policy. Should not this be done ASAP I will go to the ombudsman.
