On 20th December my bakkie burned out at my residence. We received the Fire Questionnaire and completed it, then it was sent back to the insurance company who forwarded it back to Rothchilds Claim Services. Mr. Buks Nel phoned me and asked me to tell him what happened in my own words. He was very efficient with his questions and was going the extra mile to assist me with my claim.
