I requested an insurance quotation over a month ago which Outsurance was unable to beat. All the necessary documentation was submitted and I was told by a manager on the 10 December 2013 that the R400 would be paid into my bank account. I have followed up via email to the consultant Jonathan King who assisted initially and received a response that it is 'no longer in his hands'. I requested details for an alternate contact person who is better suited to assist and I am still awaiting a response. This type of treatment is unacceptable and appaling, why advertise if you cannot deliver??
