LIGHTNING DAMAGE INSURANCE CLAIM

I contacted Amsure to report that my house had been struck by lightning, damaging my DSTV (satellite dish) as well as my external Beams alarm system.

Robin made the paperwork process effortless, originally I thought it would be a lot of admin from my side for little payback. He continuously followed up with me until I had time to focus on what was needed.

I scanned and emailed him the invoices and was reimbursed within 2 days (if not sooner)

going the extra mile... even after my claim was finalised my DSTV was still not working properly, I called the service company back and they informed me that the cables were also damaged. They replaced the cables for a fee. I emailed the additional invoice to Robin, he called me back immediately to confirm that he will authorise the additional payment, which he did and I was paid within a day.

I feel strongly that I have made the right decision to move to Amsure as my policy is only 2 months old and this was a great experience. Thanks very much Robin Moses
