Callcentre does not answe

I have tried contacting DMC as I need my settlement figure and bank details so I can settle my debt, but all my calls were unsuccessful, all were unanswered, and many were just dropped. This is a waste of time and money for me, and very unprofessional of DMC. I have now sent an email to [Email Removed], and am hoping this will be answered with a response.
