Prenesh broke all barriers

A long story short.

I am a Portuguese speaking man who is not fluent in English at all, and Prenesh had to be slow and repeat himself over and over. He managed to change the unfortunate situation into a far less stressful situation. Through his determination he broke all berries and succeeded in winning me over in understanding. I really appreciate the manner in which you attended everything. I wonder why is so difficult for other insurance companies to be like that, this is what insurance companies should be like.
