I called in to clarify my cover, as I had not been able to go out and do the required tests, and my cover had dropped, spoke to wayne, and he was extremely helpful, and very efficient. he made arrangements for a nurse to come out to me to do the tests, very much appreciated, and even assisted me with other queries I had regarding my policy. tnx, wayne, u r a star!
