I had to change my policy details and I was met with someone who speaks my language "capetonian". Not only was Nazeer horribly helpful but friendly and professional. He also didn't fail to remind me of potential savings due to me. This was a great experience for me because I didn't have to hurt myself trying to understand what the person on the other end is trying to say to me!!!
