I was recently involved in an MVA, whereby my car was written off due to a 3rd party that drove into my Fiance.
Although we did everything as requested by First for Woman, we were not really satisfied with the service that we were essentially paying for from them and to date we are still "in negotiations" to receive our claim completely.
We were requested to deliver our car at SMD and we were expecting the worst as we bench marked our experience to the service received from FFW.
Sherabien and the team at SMD totally proved me wrong, by being attentive, supportive, empathetic and going the extra mile... above and beyond.
I can also recommend that anyone who has any dealings with the Telesure group at SMD ask for them as no matter how pedantic or difficult I was, his attitude towards us was brilliant and welcomed. Sherabien was always smiling and also offering us alternative advice for the situations, making our options more and helping us understand the process.
