I recently made use of the Gold Club household assistance. The electrician was dispatched promptly but unfortunately drilled into a water pipe and billed me for a plumber extra hours etc.
Nicolene handled the matter in an efficient and professional manner, never gave up and with her persistence the invoice was reduced from R 3, 256 to R869 which is a fair amount I would have expected to pay for the work done.
