I called my way wanting to cancel my car insurance and two sweet voices answered my call. Initialy it was Lebo and later Maitumelo. Being cool, calm and collected the ladies wanted to know why am i leaving mi way because i have a good relationship with them already and miway way is prepared to keep me by listening to my needs and try to satisfy them. Even though at the end of the day i decided to go, the ladies were so ladish you know, we talked for long with Maitumelo, she told me more abt other products mi way offers. Even though i cancelled my car insurance policy with mi way, i am still with them on another cover because i was advised that if keep that relationship with mi way, its gonna be easy to insure my car again if it happens that i come back.
