Sms nuisance

I am not banking with FNB but I recently received a new phone number from my company which previously belonged to an FNB client who cannot be reached. Despite several calls to FNB customer service, I keep getting sms's everytime the former owner of the phone number does any purchase or withdrawal. This is really annoying and I would like it to stop promptly.
