Poor internet banking service

I made an electronic payment to a beneficiary just before 13h00 and up until now 18h30, my money has not been received by my beneficiary. On a month end, such poor service & now our lives are on hold because of what they did. How can such a reputable institution give me such a below average service on a busy day like today
