A few weeks ago I requested their assistance in finding a suitable loan for a financial institution, only 2 institutions contacted me and their offers were not suitable so no further action was taken. On 25/10 they went ahead and deducted R350 from my account, when I went back onto their website I found that the R350 is for Legal and ID Assist service, they also claimed on their site that I would receive a Membership policy containing contact details. TO THIS DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SUCH POLICY. their site is very misleading to potential clients. I then immediately emailed [Email Removed] advising them of the situation and I am not interested in any service/policy requesting that they refund my money. TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL OR RETURN EMAIL. They will not get away with this, I have already contact the relevant Ombud for advice.
