Is a client cash-cow or cow-cash? Poor services

(This is an email I wrote and have not received respond)
Kindly note on Friday I contacted your office as I had a very bad car problem.
I was driving to work at Edenville, Free State. While I was driving, the car suddenly stops without noticing. I checked all basics within and everything seemed fine the only problem I identified was that, petrol was not passing through to petrol filter in the engine.
Its where I suspected it might be fuel pump underneath, of which I decided to buy another one at the cost of R950.00.
I installed it and realised the problem was not solved and the petrol did not pass through. Immediately when I started the car, suddenly it got FIRE but we managed to put it off.
I bought the car in August and I also have the second one. This Velocity VW is not a car I use regularly and I was told it is still under warranty but there is certain amount of money I must pay?
Please explain that once again as I tried to check the contract and did not manage to find it.
I will appreciate you help and its fortunate enough that I have another car.

I only wanted an advice on whether I must return the car or it will be fixed
