Good day

I would like to commend Mmapaseka for the great service she has provided. Since May 2013, I have been trying to update the details of the regular driver on one of the vehicles in my profile. I tried updating the details myself online, but I always got an error. I called the Miway call center on many occassions and the agents that I spoke to were also unable to assist me. They made promises of calling me back, but never did.
I went online again at the end of September to try to update the details and got the same error. I then decided to request a call back. Mmapaseka was the one who handled the call. Because of time constraints from my side we were unable to complete all required details for the a couple of days. However Mmapaseka kept her promises of calling me back, until the issue was fully resolved

Thank you again Mmapaseka for your patience and the great service you have provided. Keep it up.
