Recently I had the unfortunate experience of being burgled. P & G was appointed by Outsurance to handle the replacement of goods. Of the entire claiming experience, my dealings with P & G was the most painless and pleasant part by far. Their people are extremely friendly, helpful and personable. I wish more companies in South Africa could take a leaf out of there book when it comes to customer service. Thank you guys and keep it up
