Disgruntled customer!!!

For the past two years i have held a bond with FNB whereby they will deduct money on the 01st of each month. I received an sms on the 09th of September 2013 stating that they will now be deduct the bond amount on the 20th, i immediately called the number provided on the sms to reverse this as i had not made such an arrangement. I was told that on the system it shows that my bond will only be deducted on the 01st of October 2013 so i should ignore the sms. To my surprise, on the 20th there was a debit that attempted to go through, however this was unsuccessful as i did not have funds and it lead to an unpaid debit. This unpaid debit now results in a negative report against my name. The bank has since been sending me from pillar to post regarding this matter and as it stands my name has been tarnished... My biggest concern is that the very same bank that deducted unlawfully on the wrong day, did not take the bond money on the agreed date as i've been doing for the past two years. Does this mean that they will debit two months bond payments on the 01st of November? This is an inconvenience to my family and i'm truly disgusted at this bank right now. FNB fix this NOW!!!
