I am being debited every month for my service contract that I purchased for my Volvo but I cannot get authorization for a service nor can I get my contract cancelled and my monies refunded.
The Motor Industry Ombudsman seems to also not have the teeth to resolve as they have had my complaint for 2 months and do not even reply to my requests for a report back
