No accountability for disgusting service

My debit orders didn't go off due to some mix up at the bank, if that isn't bad enough, I have had no payments by clients coming through which were payed 28 September.

Response by bank in short is, it's your problem. Go to all the companies with which I have debit orders and sort out with them. Really?

What atrocious customer care!!!

Time to change banks!
