As a new client to Sage Pay i have been very unimpressed with service that has been provided regarding debit order systems for my business. i have been dealing with automated systems that are frankly not helpful. so after contacting an actual person, who helped with registration and uploading of information i was under the impression that all was in order and no other required documents were needed! my status on the website said complete. so from a client perspective i was expecting things to run smoothly and efficiently and to make my life as a business owner easier and not more complicated. but as it stands Sage Pay are holding monies owing in their bank account while i with overheads, salaries etc!!! i am very unimpressed and disgusted at how no one is willing to assist regarding this matter.
