Utterly Disgusted: To this day I have not received a call from Standard bank trying to explain anything, just a mail to apologize and another with an unacceptable excuse again! My issue has still not been resolved, so much for your resolution specialist. If you want to keep me as a customer, get someone who knows what they are doing to contact me and sort this out. I am very close to transferring my home loan to FNB due to the lack of customer service.
