On Saturday night I was stuck on the road with a mechnical problem, OUTsurance has a new App that can be downloaded by non clients for free roadside and home assistance, i had downloaded the App the day before and who knew I would need it so soon, upon activating it and putting in my details I got to talk to one of the advisors in the Rescue department: Thato Rasentsoere who gave me such great service, she was efficient and the response time was quick and I appreciated her follow ups to check on how I was with my passengers. Firstly: WAY TO GO OUTSURANCE ON THIS APP IT IS A LIFE SAVER!! and secondly: BIG HUGE THANK YOU TO THATO, YOU WERE GREAT AND I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE!! KEEP IT UP.
