As with all companies you find people who can very easily cause you grieve and hassle when you have requests for information. They simply do not play well in the team. They simply do not work as hard as the rest and this can lead to dismay and I personally wanted to cancel my membership.
Luckily for Miway after waiting 10 days for my request to be settled with this poor team player Innocent and team managed to resolve it in 3 hours and then discussed the update of my policy in a structured, professional and with a great attitude. She referred me to a senior consultant and both did extremely well do cater to all my needs.
