I logged a claim with my Insurance andMunier was the agent that dealt with me. He clearly took down all the details and then gave me the analysis based on my story. He arranged that the supplier collect my damaged phone from me at my house as I was on leave. I got the report the next day and he told me what my options are and advised on the best, fairest option.
