I was a victim of ATM on 24/01/2013. A man at the ATM did something to the machine and all my money was taken out. I went to the FNB at the corner of Field and Smith Street and was assisted my a gentleman named Marc Gordon. He was so helpful and efficient and did everything to make me feel comfortable. I filled out an affidavit and sorted out my new card. I would just like to say that although the circumstance is not of a good nature, FNB really needs more staff members like the gentleman Marc Gordon. He should be rewarded for being such an excellent front for FNB.
