On 2/8 I applied to Customer Assist for a loan to settle debt. Enabling one creditor only and obviously making it easier to manage my money. Faith Sehurutse advised me that i could apply, as i already had a loan with standard bank, customer assist dep. This takes approx 15 working days. After completing all the forms with all my financial info etc, i had to phone them numerous times after 15 days to find out what the progress was. Everytime i was told the same story, it is still being processed. Eventually after demanding some clarity, Marelene phoned me only to burst my bubble, by informing me that they cannot honour my request!
I am very disappointed in the service, the fact that the wrong info was given to me in the beginning and the fact that i had to waste and wait a month only to be given a negative answer! This comes from being a loyal customer for more than 20 years!!!
