I applied and was approved for cellular phones on 01/08/13. Received sms that warrants delivery within 3-5 working days. It is now 20 days later and no phones received. I contacted your office [ref # 312437] with no reply to the query. Did follow up today [ref # 314986] no waybill number available. Is this how business is conducted? If no satisfactory response received, the deal can be terminated.
