Two complaints, both related to a written off vehicle.
1. The rental I received was full of scratches and bumps and had a slow puncture in the right rear wheel, which caused me a great amount of inconvenience. The 15 days rental had nearly passed by before Virgin made the payout, which I discussed with their representative, who assured me I would be covered for an additional 5 days rental. Budget never came to collect the car they delivered; a huge inconvenience again for me to drop off the car at their branch.
Budget refunded me R145 odd from the R1000 fuel deposit I had paid!
2. I bought a new Ford and opted for their tracker system instead of the Virgin supported tracker. Recently I received a text from Virgin stating that they received no information regarding the tracker installed, and my premiums would be updated accordingly. I immediately modified my policy and found an email address where I should send the certificate of installation, which also dropped my premium by approx. R300, since that amount subsidized their tracker service. However, I can see from my debits that I was charged for the Virgin tracker...
I expect these issues to be rectified immediately!
