Still waiting for a loan pay out

Hi, am still waiting for a top up loan approved on the 11 jan 2013, can someone please advise me as to what stage is this loan at now and will i still pay the same amnt as, because i have already got paid and you have debited the amount that i was already paying on the 1st loan
