Love my card but

Hi. Joining your bank has been probally the best thing that has happened to me but I have an issue that I am hoping can be fixed, I order goodies from all over the world, Amazon, Sony, My anti virus licence etc with no issues but I cant use my card on any of the local online stores, Eg Kalahari, Take a Lot, Loot etc, No one can tell me why this is the case, Please can you look into this and fix it, I would be most grateful
