I have been having debit orders on my account that i dont know anything about. Went to the branch and asked them to block these people who are debiting my account. The other two were succesful which was Procell and RSNC Marketing. But there is this one from SKYTEL which is like a monkey on my back. They have been going through my account whenever they feel like it. I have asked the bank to block these people but nothing has happened. I have even asked them to investigate about it but still i havent heard anything from the bank. I even called the hotline so that they can investigate about but the response i got was that they dont deal with debit orders. I am so dissappointed that Standard bank cant protect my account and investigate these criminals, it doesnt feel safe at all to bank with them.
