FNB - Cannot prove itself on services advertised

I hate to turn to this, but I have been left with little options after a month.
There has been a trail of e-mails going back and forwards to FNB, and obviously with it being a month there has been no action - the correspondence all through their so called more efficient elite team members called 'Premier Bankers'. At no fault of my own, FNB closed my existing account which caused my debit orders to bounce. I then had to wait for them to correct their technical glitch whilst having my credit record and penalties for bounced transactions to deal with. During this, I requested a home loan switch - which is advertised too well - but the offering they gave me was nothing more than an insult compared to other offerings, which I put on record with no due comment.
FNB, I tried to consolidate my accounts with you, meaning I would be banking with you for life, and as a young professional; I am the market you want. But due to the above and other dismal responses, I will not transact or keep my mouth closed when people think of joining you.
