CAPITEC DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS

I am disgraced by the service, the reason i am complaining is that i use the multi loan account. This month R1032 which was correctly taken as i used the service. When i tried to use this month again you only offered me under R500, does this make sense that you can take R1032 and the person you deducted money from won't need it? Yesterday i checked and there was available R950 available when i check this morning only under R500 was available. I think i should close my bank account as the service.
