I was really impressed with Hishaam this morning when I called about my policy. Hishaam was really helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Its quite refreshing to speak to somebody who is well informed and excited abouth their job. I actually felt like a human being, and not just a number. Thanks again Hishaam, FFW is fortunate to have you on their team, you made my day:)
