I am very very unhappy with the fact that R350 was debited from my and my fiance's bank account on 25.07.2013. We have never even received a response from your company or was never even informed about the fees that will be debited in writing. You never even replied to us if any loans was granted to us or not. I feel this is a total rip-off of people already in struggling situations, and that your company should be ashamed of yourselves because of this. Due to your hidden service fees and unauthorised deductions (service which we NEVER received) our family will have to suffer the rest of the month because we are already in financial difficulties and now we have another R700 less this month for food etc!!! I want these debit orders returned to our bank accounts asap! I will in future warn all people I know not to use your sneaky services!!!
