I reported an accident on the 08/07/2013, Shaun Halgryn responded proactively and professionally. He handled my claim smoothly, easily and efficiently than I could have imagined. He showed efficient, proficient, intelligible, quick customer service, I have never experienced in the insurance industry. He took my messages so well, returned the calls as promised and provided professional advices. He considered our communication and without a doubt restored my confidence with insurance industry, especially Auto & General and/or AA. It was very easy to deal with Shaun, in the scale of (poor/bad) - to - 10 (exceptional/ excellent), I can safely and without a doubt say I give him the rating of 10. I share the same sentiments to Romeo who is Shaun's Senior or Manager. Thank you guys.
