"we do NOT have savings cards" FNB Floor Manage

Took a co worker to change to FNB at randpark ridge. she was declined while in the que and told they do not have savings cards! customer lost!
it doesnt affect me. too bad she doesnt want to try again. she rather stick with STD Bank.
