Waiting over a month for payment

very bad service, i have been waiting almost a month for payment, this after i was told that it would take two to three working day. I submit the request on 03/07/2013 already and stil nothing. I vae also sent numerous emails, and made phone calls, i am stil waiting... These people were so nice when they want you to invest but when they must deliver what a nightmare, but when you pay them one day late they want to penalise you.

I dont get any clear responses from them, they lost my first claim form and i had to resend it again.

I have been patient what else can i do???
