I called the Call Centre to query about my premium and to add 2 small items into my policy. I must say Gugu was very efficient, professional and very helpful. She even went an extra mile by advising me on which product to add on my policy telling me all the benefits that I'll be getting at a very cheaper price... I would like to say this lady, continue being the best at what you are doing...!!!
