I've been to Jubilee Mall, they approved me on my payslip... Now I go to Montana because I didn't have my docs with me... Now I get declined... The call centre don't know whats happening!!!
They never do, and if you complain they just put the phone down!!! I've been driving up and down... Do you know how much time, effort & money it costs me because of your incompetence???
