EXCELLENT SERVICE RECEIVED FOR ALWYN HUGHES

I have been struggling to get my pension funds and retirements because there were waiting for a document from myself. I eventually got it after 4 months, submitted to Old Mutual. When I called and enquired, i was told by Fezile Gigi that she will call me back to inform me that was after I was informed that the money will be paid out on friday the 21 or latest monday 24th, then I was told that there was a mess up with the directives, i was told by Fezile that there is nothing the administrators can do, she even said that I will not be able to talk to the administrators. Fezile did not give me a good service at all as she did not even advice me what is it that needs to be done from then. Alwyn Hughes who made me understand the processes, who promised to call back and he did. he informed me step by step what had happened and what is going to happen after that.

Alwyn deserves a raise and he was so slow when he explained the process to me. Thank you so much Alwyn you are an asset to your company. Please keep up the good work. South Africa needs people like you to be able to increase our service level.
