My service was terminated on the 30th of November 20111, by Three Stars Security. I have joined the company in 2008/07/14, same time I joined the Provident fund. I faxed my claim form immediately after my service was terminated. I made calls to the help desk and been asked to faxed the claim application form now and again, but nothing came after that, I am still unemployed so the money can go a long way towards helping and my family.
