I have been on the phone to Miway and waited for a department that was going to assist me for a very long time. I got Poeletso Maloka on the phone who was from another department and by that time I was very irate. Her professionalism, politeness and assistance to help immediately changed my mood. She tried several times to transfer me to the correct department, but could not and decided to assist me. She went out of her way and did whatever she could to assist me. She even did a follow up to find out if my query has been resolved. Now this is what I call customer service. Keep up the excellent work and you are definitely a gem to the organisation.
