My experience with ABSA has been disappointing to say the least. I have been a platimun client with them for many years just to discover that I was charged SMS fees all this time on my platinum credit card. Worst is, I was also charged finance charges for paying MORE than my monthly installments. Then I discovered I had to pay finance charges because of the mentioned finance charges in order for me to close the account... strange but true
