I applied for a loan with CAPFIN and this was pre-approved. After a lenthy discussion with some BLACK lady on the phone, she advised me that the contract was approved and I will be going into a loan agreement now with the company, Once my bank has been verified the money will be paid into my account.
30 mins later, i get a SMS to say i have been declined, no my question is, who can you approve a deal and then decline it. You give client false hope. Your company is a disgrace to Cape Town and South Africa. I will make it my mission, to have to close your company, and what ever it takes, to give your company a bad name.
I will be going to every single outlet in Cape Town, and putting up pamflets to say, what a disgrace your company is, I will be contacting the NCR and will have them revoke your Credit lending license, My collegues will all assist with the process.
You have put me into a situation now. Get your staff trained properly. Dont even bother commenting here with your auto response, cause I am not interested.
