I am so greatful for the way in which you successfully handled this matter on my behalf. I am more than willing to remain committed to using your office in future should the need arise. I have 3 kids, and a spouse, who all depend on me for their needs. The house I am staying in is home to all of us. I have no idea as to what would have happened should the auction have taken place. You have made my day, and saved everything I have worked hard for. I want to thank your staff, in particular, Miss Ntombi Mazimela, for the strength she gave me during this hard time till the resolution of the matter. She continued to get into contact with me, assuring me that your office would not let the auction continue. That is exactly what happened. There is a time when I thought that this is the end of my life, the future of my kids and my wife, but through the continued interaction with your good office, I am still staying in this house. I think that I also have a responsibility of advising many people whom I know have the same problem, to make contact with your good office. You are my hero!!!
