Henry from Miway changed my perception of call centre services.
The first thing is that my call did not ring for long and he picked it up and asked relevant questions on how to assist me. He then assisted me and gave relevant advise that should assist me in times of problems.
This was a great and amazing experience, wish all calcentres can copy this brilliant example.
